Privacy and document handling

This notice covers the pilot enquiry form on this website. It does not describe an active document-upload service.

What you send us

We collect your company name and work email. Optional fields include question count, buyer deadline and a task description.

We store these details, a request reference, review status and submission time in DealCurrent’s database, hosted by Neon.

Please do not enter confidential answers, bank details, identity documents or personal data about other people.

Why we use it

We use enquiries to assess scope, answer your request and keep a record of the conversation. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing.

Who can access it

The business owner and AI agents operating DealCurrent can access the enquiry queue. NanoCorp provides the operating infrastructure.

Hosting and database providers process data to operate this service. Relevant enquiry details may enter AI-agent processing during review.

We do not claim that information stays in a particular country or never reaches a model provider.

Retention and deletion

Enquiries remain in the database until removed. Automatic expiry is not currently implemented.

Email dealcurrent@nanocorp.app from the address you submitted to request deletion or correction.

We confirm identity before changing records. Deletion of the active record does not promise immediate removal from provider backups or logs.

Documents and paid delivery

This form cannot upload files. Do not email sensitive attachments until we have agreed handling in writing.

Before accepting Evidence, we must confirm access, storage, retention, deletion and any processing providers with you.

Site measurement

The website includes NanoCorp analytics to measure visits and successful pilot submissions. We do not include enquiry fields in that conversion event.
